Aryans Toys – Exchange Policy

We always make sure to send only checked and quality products. Every order is carefully verified by our team before dispatch. However, if you still receive a defective or wrong item, you can request an exchange under the following guidelines:

📌 Exchange Rules

  1. Exchange Only – We provide exchange only, no refunds.
  2. 7 Days Exchange Period – Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.
  3. Unboxing Video Required – Customers must record a proper unboxing video before opening the parcel.
    • If any item is missing or defective, this video will serve as proof.
    • Complaints without unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
  4. Delivery Charges – All delivery charges for exchange (both ways) will be paid by the customer.
  5. Product Condition
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • Used, damaged, or broken toys will not be eligible for exchange.
  6. Non-Exchangeable Items – Due to hygiene reasons, Baby Care and Feeding items cannot be exchanged.

📌 Exchange Process

Step 1: Repack Merchandise
Pack the product properly in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.
