Order

You can place an order for products by completing the checkout form on our website and clicking the “Place Order” button. Orders can also be placed via phone call or WhatsApp message.

Note: The display of any product on our website is not a binding offer. It is your order that will be considered as an offer to purchase. We are not obliged to sell any product that may be incorrectly listed or priced lower than intended.

Acceptance of Order

We will confirm acceptance of your order through WhatsApp, phone call, or email after we receive it. At that point, a binding agreement between us will be in place under these Terms & Conditions.
If for any reason we are unable to accept your order (e.g., product out of stock or incorrect price), we will inform you via call or message.

Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

  • Karachi Orders: Same-day delivery available (if order is confirmed before cut-off time).

  • Outside Karachi: Delivery time is normally 2–3 working days (depending on location and courier).

Delivery Charges Policy:

  1. Small Items (2–3 KG, Order Value Above Rs. 2000): Free delivery.

  2. Small Items (2–3 KG, Order Value Below Rs. 2000): Delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

  3. Large / Heavy Volume Items: Delivery charges will always be paid by the customer.

Payment

  • All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

  • No hidden charges apply.

  • Delivery charges (as per policy above) will be applied accordingly.

Exchange Policy

  1. We offer exchange only (no refunds).

  2. Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.

  3. Unboxing Video Required – Customers must record an unboxing video as proof. Without a video, complaints will not be entertained.

  4. Delivery charges for exchange (both ways) must be paid by the customer.

  5. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used, damaged, or broken items will not be exchanged.

  6. For hygiene reasons, Baby Care and Feeding items cannot be exchanged.

Warranties

  • All products are checked and verified by our team before dispatch.

  • In case you receive a defective or wrong product, and provide unboxing video proof, we will exchange the item with a correct one.

  • Shipping charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
