Aryans Toys – Exchange Policy
We always make sure to send only checked and quality products. Every order is carefully verified by our team before dispatch. However, if you still receive a defective or wrong item, you can request an exchange under the following guidelines:
📌 Exchange Rules
- Exchange Only – We provide exchange only, no refunds.
- 7 Days Exchange Period – Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of receiving the parcel.
- Unboxing Video Required – Customers must record a proper unboxing video before opening the parcel.
- If any item is missing or defective, this video will serve as proof.
- Complaints without unboxing video proof will not be entertained.
- Delivery Charges – All delivery charges for exchange (both ways) will be paid by the customer.
- Product Condition –
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Used, damaged, or broken toys will not be eligible for exchange.
- Non-Exchangeable Items – Due to hygiene reasons, Baby Care and Feeding items cannot be exchanged.

Step 1: Repack Merchandise
Pack the product properly in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.
